Maxair Mechanical

Maxair Mechanical designs, installs and maintains commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing systems. Founded in 1988, the company works with engineers, project managers and field technicians on heating, cooling and plumbing projects, and its clients include office towers, healthcare facilities, research labs, schools and government buildings. Its work covers critical cooling for server rooms and medical office buildings, along with indoor air quality and energy optimization.

Maxair serves commercial and industrial customers across greater Atlanta and farther out, and it offers emergency service and after-hours calls to everyone, with maintenance agreement customers getting priority. The company does not take residential home AC work. Its headquarters is in Marietta, with additional offices in Newnan, Duluth and Pooler.
