Cole House Mediation

Cole House Mediation is a mediation practice led by attorney G. Lee Welborn, who founded it in 2006. Most of his mediations involve personal injury claims from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases such as slips and falls, though he has also handled product liability, construction defects, landlord/tenant disputes, HOA disputes, contract disputes and will contests.

Mediations can be scheduled online at any hour or by calling Jo Ann Waddell on weekdays during office hours. Cancellations with at least two business days' notice carry no fee, and parking is free and close to the door. Lunch from local restaurants is provided, and the office sits two blocks east of the Cobb County courthouse and the Marietta Square, in the same building as the law firm Downey & Cleveland. The house itself was built in 1842 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
