Classic Winds Music

Classic Winds Music is known for woodwind repair, especially saxophones. The shop restores vintage saxophones, which many repair shops avoid because the work takes so long, and it also handles student and professional horns. Private lessons are offered for saxophone, trumpet, piano and guitar, and the shop has long rented school instruments to local families.

Instruments are evaluated for free, and each repair comes with a firm price quote before work begins. The work is done in the owner's local workshop rather than sent to an outside depot. The shop is in Centre Stage Plaza on Shallowford Road in Marietta, open afternoons Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.
