Live to Move Physical Therapy & Wellness

Live to Move Physical Therapy & Wellness is a physical therapy practice run by two doctors of physical therapy, Molly and James Poenitzsch. Patients have come in for recovery after shoulder surgery, back and neck pain, and nerve problems. The practice also offers wellness support alongside treatment, including plant-based nutrition consultations, therapeutic yoga taught by a certified yoga teacher, and strength and conditioning training.

Each session is one-on-one and lasts at least 45 minutes, and you can often keep the same therapist from visit to visit. Telehealth sessions are available for some patients. The office is on Magnolia Parkway near Highway 288, and it keeps weekday hours that work for appointments before or after work, with Saturdays by appointment only.
