Raymus Homes

Raymus Homes is a home builder based in Manteca that has been building houses for about 80 years. The company builds new single-story and two-story homes, including all-electric designs, and works through master-planned communities such as Artisan at Griffin Park and The Trails. Buyers can also work with the company on a custom home design.

In Artisan at Griffin Park, a 64-home neighborhood, buyers can choose their homesite, floor plan, elevation, exterior color package and interior finishes. The Strand Collection at The Trails, a 61-home neighborhood with homesites of roughly 5,100 to 11,000 square feet, is in a closeout phase. The sales office is in The Trails and is open daily. Buyers who get pre-approved with one of the company's three preferred lenders are placed on the Priority Buyer List.
