Lizzie's Laundromat

Lizzie's Laundromat is a self-service laundromat with 25 washers, each handling 20 to 60 pounds, and 30 dryers that hold 30 to 75 pounds each, so large comforters fit. Customers can also drop off clothes, sheets, towels and blankets for wash-dry-fold service, usually completed the same day. Detergent, fabric softener and bags are sold on site.

The shop has air conditioning, WiFi, leather chairs, a lending library and a front counter with charging access. A free transfer service moves clothes from washer to dryer when you fill out a Transfer Me card for the attendant, and there is a KidZone with toys, games, books and a chalkboard for children. Payment works with coins, credit and debit cards, or the FasCard app, which also offers coupons. The laundromat is at 242 Chauncy Street in Mansfield.
