Sol Seek Yoga Studio

Sol Seek Yoga runs yoga studios in Manhattan Beach and Santa Barbara, with classes that range from invigorating flows to restorative yin, often paired with sound baths. The studio offers more than ten styles of classes, along with private yoga, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.

The Loft and El Porto locations in Manhattan Beach are both near the coast, and El Porto is the only heated studio in the group and has showers and a locker room.
