Level 10 Hair Design

Level 10 Hair Design is a full-service hair salon that has been in business for about 20 years. The menu covers haircuts for men, women and children, all-over color, highlights and balayage, perms, root touch-ups, styling, eyelash extensions and facial waxing. Color and highlight work is a particular strength of the team, and one stylist is known for balayage.

The salon takes appointments through its website, and the listed prices are starting points that can change with the amount of product used. Services are priced separately, so a highlight with a cut or color costs more than either alone. Eyelash extension clients are asked to remove contact lenses and makeup before coming in. The salon is at Tolland Turnpike in Manchester.
