Pilates by Nicole

Pilates by Nicole is a boutique classical Pilates studio run by instructor Nicole Brooks, a Vermont native who trained in New York through a 600-hour teacher program and is also certified in American Barre Technique. The studio focuses on private lessons and small-group classes aimed at core strength, flexibility, posture and balance. Beginners and longtime Pilates students both train here, and sessions are tailored to each client.

Classes are booked through the studio's website, and cancellations need at least 24 hours notice or the full class price is charged. Arrive on time, since late arrivals are not admitted, and first-time clients should come early to fill out a questionnaire and waiver. Memberships are billed monthly on auto-pay and sales are final. The studio also hosts private events. It is on Main Street in Manchester, Vermont.
