Hambleton Construction

Hambleton Construction is a home remodeling company in Northern Virginia that handles kitchens, baths, additions and whole-home remodels. David Hambleton started as a carpenter at eighteen and founded the company after seeing homeowners handed off to strangers once a project began, so he stays on as project manager from the first estimate to the finish. The firm focuses on families and empty nesters who want a house that fits how they live.

Proposals are free, and most take seven to ten days to prepare. A first meeting is with David and an assistant, and it can be held virtually. The team limits itself to four to six active projects at a time and works with a small group of long-term employees and licensed subcontractors. The office is in Fairfax.
