Colonial Insurance Restoration

CIR Exteriors is an exterior remodeling company that handles roofing, siding, windows and doors, and custom porches and porticos. It was founded in 2021 as a separate company from Colonial Remodeling, which started in 1996, and it focuses on homeowners dealing with storm damage and insurance claims. The company offers Solstice shingles and standing seam metal roofs, James Hardie fiber cement siding, and porch and portico designs built to fit the home.

The process starts with an inspection to see whether a home has storm damage, then the team meets with the homeowner's insurance adjuster to help file the claim and coordinates the repairs once the claim is settled. Free estimates are offered, and appointments can be requested online. The company serves Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, with offices in Manassas, Virginia and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
