Resilability

Resilability offers bodywork and movement services aimed at easing pain and improving mobility. The main offerings are orthopedic massage, which uses deep tissue and myofascial techniques, and Precision Stretch and Fascial Release, a combination of assisted stretching, PNF, joint mobilization and fascial release. Devon Dopfel is the owner and practitioner, and the work is aimed at athletes, active people and anyone dealing with stiffness, injury or chronic pain.

The practice describes its work as a complement to other medical care, meant to fit alongside any treatment a client is already receiving. The office is at 170 Boston Post Road in Madison, and clients can reach out by email or text, with text preferred. Gift cards are available.
