Pacific Edge Builders

Pacific Edge Builders is a general contractor that builds custom homes, multi-family properties and light commercial buildings. The company takes projects from planning through turnkey completion, and it also builds and sells its own homes, sometimes on existing properties it owns.

The company is run by Ian Van Ry and Tyler Bajema, who have worked in local construction since high school and formed the company after working together. Financing is available for home purchases and builds. The office is in Lynden, Washington, and the team can be reached by phone or email during weekday business hours.
