IV drips, weight-loss injections and red light sauna sessions25200 Sawyer Francis Lane, Lutz, FL
Tropical IV is a wellness spa offering IV drip treatments, weight-loss injections and infrared sauna sessions. IV blends are built around goals like hydration, muscle recovery, immune support and energy, with names such as the Hurricane, Sun Rise and Booze Cruise. The spa also offers Semaglutide and Tirzepatide injections for weight management, after a free 15-minute phone evaluation to see if a client qualifies.
The owners, husband and wife Ricky and Carey Krause, are both nurses, and the spa serves adults 18 and over. IV services are by appointment only, and Saturday visits are by appointment too, so it's best to call ahead. Sauna packages come as single sessions or monthly plans for one or two people. The spa is on State Road 54 in Wesley Chapel.
