Empire Athletics

Empire Athletics is a gym where certified trainers build a plan around each member's goals, whether that's mobility, corrective exercise, bodybuilding, weight loss, strength or general performance. The on-site Empire Cafe serves coffee, smoothies and shakes made daily, for members stopping in before or after a workout.

The Lunenburg location is one of three, with others in Leominster and Webster. Members get 24/7 access, and the trainers include six or more certified professionals with more than 20 years of combined experience. Custom plans are built for each person's schedule and starting point, so sessions can be scheduled around a busy week.
