R4A Counseling Service, PLLC

R4A Counseling Service provides counseling for adolescents and adults, with experience in trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse and grief. The practice is staffed by Licensed Professional Counselors and LSOTP counselors, and it draws on several therapy approaches, including CBT, EMDR, schema therapy and emotionally focused therapy, chosen to fit each client.

Sessions can be held in person at the Lubbock office on 50th Street or by telehealth. The practice accepts Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Optum and Oscar plans as well as self-pay, and can help with billing insurance directly. A free consultation is offered, and the practice may have a waitlist, so new clients are asked to request an appointment first.
