Pinnacle Performance & Wellness is a Lubbock clinic that combines physical therapy, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, performance training and regenerative medicine under one roof. Services include platelet-rich plasma therapy for injuries, medical weight loss with GLP-1 protocols, IV therapy, pelvic floor therapy and aesthetic treatments such as Botox and fillers. Each service is coordinated by the same team around one plan, and patients are seen from youth athletes to adults in their 60s and beyond.

The practice is cash-based and does not bill insurance directly, but it provides superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, accepts HSA and FSA cards, and offers payment plans. Visits are one-on-one, and many services are offered both in person at the 8347 Upland Ave location and by telehealth. Patients from across West Texas and several neighboring states are seen, and the team will route you to the right discipline during intake.
