Pat Garrett Realtors

Pat Garrett Realtors is a family-owned real estate and property management firm in Lubbock, operating since 1940. The firm handles residential leasing and management of single-family homes and duplexes, and says it currently manages more than 400 rental properties across the Lubbock area. It also helps buyers and sellers, and works with investors on investment property purchases and sales.

Leasing agents hold Texas real estate licenses. Renters can browse available homes for lease and use a tenant portal, while owners have their own portal. Office hours are weekday mornings and afternoons, with the office closed on weekends. The firm also takes text messages for questions.
