I Can Ask

I Can Ask is a mental health counseling practice offering individual therapy, couples and family therapy, child and adolescent counseling, and a range of growth groups. Its groups cover topics such as anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, men's issues, teacher stress, and parenting children with ADHD or who have gone astray. The practice has been operating since 1993 and its team includes licensed professional counselors.

The first session is free, and sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. Sessions can be in person, by video, or by telephone, and weekend and after-5 pm appointments are available on request. Booking can be done online, directly with a counselor, or by walk-in or phone during therapist office hours. The office is at 3717 27th Street in Lubbock.
