Flatland Counseling & Consulting

Flatland Counseling & Consulting is a group counseling practice that offers therapy for children, teens, adults, couples and families. Its counselors work with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, OCD and life transitions, with a particular focus on trauma. The practice grew out of a solo practice started by Dr. Courtney Walraven in 2021 and now includes a team of counselors who bring their own strengths to the work.

Appointments are made by appointment only, and the practice offers telehealth for clients anywhere in Texas as well as in-person sessions in Lubbock. Weekend and evening appointments are available, and the practice accepts many insurance plans, provides superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and accepts CareCredit. Reduced fees are available for some clients.
