Schmidt Custom Floors

Schmidt Custom Floors installs and refinishes flooring across hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, carpet and laminate, with custom hardwood stairs and dust-contained sanding among its specialties. The company has served homeowners and builders in the Loveland and Fort Collins area since 1998, and it is run by a second-generation flooring family that traces its roots to a 1968 business in Wisconsin.

The process starts with a free in-home consultation, where a project specialist brings samples, measures and gives a no-obligation quote. Installation covers prep through cleanup, and financing is available through the company. The showroom is on South Grant Avenue in Loveland, and the team states it stands behind its workmanship after the install.
