St Matthews Feed & Seed

St. Matthews Feed & Seed is a garden center and lawn and landscape supplier that has been in business since 1920. It is known for its custom grass seed blends, which the team mixes for local soil, sun, and foot traffic, along with a wide range of plants, seeds, soil amendments, and gardening supplies. Staff also offer landscape design consultations and seasonal plantings.

Customers can pick up orders in store or at the curb, or schedule delivery to their driveway, which is useful for heavy bags of soil, mulch, and large plants. The shop is a family-owned business at 225 Chenoweth Lane in Louisville, and staff can advise on native plants and indoor houseplant problems.
