ReZone Coaching

ReZone Coaching offers one-on-one executive coaching for CEOs, presidents, C-suite executives and other senior leaders facing greater responsibility, visibility or pressure. The founder, Brian Houp, works through transitions such as a bigger role, rapid growth or organizational change, with a focus on clarity, confidence and sustainable leadership. Coaching is also offered in group cohort programs and as speaking and workshop engagements.

Coaching typically runs as a six to twelve month partnership, depending on the leader's goals, and clients are often brought in before problems escalate. Sessions are offered in person and virtually, and the practice serves leaders across North America from its base in Louisville. Leaders can start by booking a call, and the coach also works with people seeking support for a leader in their organization.
