Kentucky Sell Now

Kentucky Sell Now is a cash home buyer that purchases houses, condos, duplexes, townhomes, mobile homes, apartment buildings, commercial properties and vacant land. Founder Brian Hemmerle started the company to give homeowners a cash option without costly repairs or listing work. The team buys properties in any condition, including homes facing foreclosure, probate, divorce or an unwanted inheritance.

Sellers request a no-obligation cash offer by phone or through the website, then choose their own closing date. There are no repairs, cleaning, fees or open houses to arrange, and the company handles any work after closing. Coverage reaches across the Louisville area and other parts of Kentucky, and the office is located in Louisville.
