New patients start with an evaluation and a custom treatment plan. Sedation options range from local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to oral sedation, IV sedation and general anesthesia. The practice has offices on Cannons Lane in Louisville, in Mt. Washington, Kentucky, and in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and it also accepts referrals from general dentists.
