Durbin Plumbing

Durbin Plumbing is a family-owned plumbing company run by husband and wife Doug and Tina Durbin. It repairs and replaces water heaters, gas and electric, including Rheem, Ruud, A.O. Smith and Bradford White models, and also handles toilets, faucets, sump pumps, leaking pipes and drain clearing. Yearly backflow tests are offered for businesses on Louisville Water's cross-connection program.

Calls are usually answered live during weekday office hours, and the owners can be reached directly. Doug often visits in person to see the job and give a quote. Instead of waiting all day, customers get a two-hour arrival window and a call when the technician is on the way. For after-hours or weekend emergencies, the team tries to talk callers through the problem and may schedule urgent work during the day. Service covers Louisville and much of Jefferson County.
