Core Fluency Pilates

Core Fluency Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates studio teaching the classical method through private, semi-private and group sessions. Clients of all ages and fitness levels work on the Reformer, Tower and Chair, and Mat, and the studio uses Balanced Body Centerline equipment, which adds spring and wheel drag to the classical exercises. The studio also trains Pilates teachers and offers continuing education for certified instructors, and it runs a program for young and professional dancers.

Newcomers can use a special offer on private lessons, and each visit starts with a postural assessment followed by a tailored plan. Equipment classes are capped at seven students and grouped by level. The studio is located in Louisville and is set up to be green, with air filtration and a refillable water station. A wellness space is being organized for bodywork, massage, meditation and tai chi.
