Enlighten Physical Therapy

Enlighten Physical Therapy is a physical therapy practice focused on pelvic, abdominal, and sexual wellness. The doctors of physical therapy work with people who have pelvic pain of all kinds, abdominal and gastrointestinal problems, and other concerns that patients say were dismissed elsewhere. Their approach combines manual therapy and nervous system techniques with yoga-based interventions, and they draw on backgrounds in yoga, pelvic floor care, orthopedics and wound care.

Care is offered one-on-one, and the practice also runs weekend retreats and online content focused on pelvic health. Dr. Casie Danenhauer Humble, the owner, says she especially enjoys working with people in the perinatal years, those with pelvic pain, and people healing from trauma. The office is on Westwood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
