Dadson Laundry

Dadson Laundry leases, installs and repairs commercial washers and dryers for apartment buildings, condos, mobile home parks, hotels and other multifamily properties. The company rents card and coin-operated laundry machines to property owners and managers, and it also runs the laundry rooms for many of its accounts, with tenants paying through a Dadson app or card.

Accounts are handled by a dedicated representative, and the company offers repair and service requests for both property managers and residents. It has been operating since 1962 and serves properties across California, Arizona and Nevada. Its base is on West Adams Boulevard in Los Angeles, and property owners can request a leasing quote through its website.
