Five Guys

Five Guys is a fast food chain built around hamburgers, hot dogs and fresh-cut french fries. Burgers come with a choice of 15 toppings at no charge, and milkshakes can be ordered with free mix-ins. The menu is short, and the fries are served salted or Cajun style. The first restaurant opened in Arlington, Virginia, in 1986, and the chain has since grown through franchising across the United States and abroad.

Burgers come in a regular size with two patties or a little size with one. Complimentary roasted peanuts are usually offered for eating in the restaurant, but guests cannot take them out. The chain has a loyal following, though prices rose sharply in the early 2020s, and it is now considered one of the pricier fast food burger options. The Lorton location is at 10718 Richmond Highway.
