Una Vida Meditation and Movement

Una Vida is a community movement studio in Niwot offering yoga, qigong, meditation, dance and workshops. Classes range from vinyasa and slow flow to restorative yoga, with guided and silent meditation sittings and sound baths led by guest teachers. The studio also offers private infrared sauna sessions of 45 minutes for recovery and circulation.

New visitors can claim a free first class or start with two weeks of unlimited classes for $25. The studio is across the parking lot from Niwot Market on Niwot Road, and it rents its space for workshops, filming and private sessions by the hour or day. Gift cards are available, and the front desk keeps walk-in hours on weekdays.
