The St Vrain

The St Vrain is a historic event venue in Longmont, built in the early 1900s and now known for its modern, industrial-chic style. Its brick walls, exposed ductwork and beams, chandeliers and distressed concrete floors give it a loft-like feel. The venue hosts weddings, corporate events, fundraising galas, networking events and private parties across multiple spaces and two full floors, plus an outdoor courtyard.

The venue accommodates up to 250 guests and can be booked by arranging a tour through its website. Co-owners Judi Sperry and Bailey Fink bring more than 20 years of combined experience in event planning, and Sugar Pine Catering is run by Fink. The building sits at 3rd Avenue in Longmont, about 32 miles north of Denver.
