FocusVision

FocusVision is an independent, doctor-owned optometry practice offering comprehensive eye exams, medical eye care, pediatric eye exams and specialty vision care. Dr. Kevin Cottrell has been seeing patients in Longmont since 2003, and Dr. Alexa Gutierrez joined the practice in 2022 with a focus on children's vision and myopia management. The practice monitors chronic eye conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration using retinal imaging and OCT.

The practice fits gas-permeable and specialty contact lenses for keratoconus and irregular corneas, and it has an on-site optical where eyeglasses are made and fitted. It accepts VSP, Davis Vision, Superior Vision and most major medical insurance plans, and offers free on-site parking. The office is on Dry Creek Drive in Longmont, and patients usually see the same doctor at each visit.
