Greater Sarasota Home Listings

Michele Tanner is a listing specialist with Preferred Shore Real Estate who focuses on waterfront properties, beachfront homes, new construction and investment real estate in the Sarasota area. Before entering real estate she spent eight years as a chief stewardess on luxury private yachts, a background she credits for her attention to detail and client service. Her strengths include negotiation and problem solving.

Buyers can search current listings on the site, and sellers can request a home value estimate to see local market activity. Michele also runs Tanner's Turkeys, a charity that has fed thousands of local families, and she was named Humanitarian of the Year for that work. Her office is in Sarasota.
