The story

The Melt is a burger chain built around its MeltBurgers, with crispy chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese, mac and cheese and a newer premium salad menu. Real ice cream shakes round out the lineup, and the chain runs several locations across Southern California and beyond.

The Long Beach location is at 650 N Bellflower Blvd. and is open daily until midnight.
