Science Project Brewing Company is a taproom that brews its own beer, with a focus on clean, crisp styles and sours. The brewery has won awards, including a Brewers Cup, and its beers are named in a playful "mad science" theme. The kitchen serves handmade, fast-fired pizza, shareable starters and handheld sandwiches, meant to be paired with the house beer.
The taproom is open Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 9 PM, Friday until 10 PM, Saturday from noon to 10 PM and Sunday from noon to 8 PM. The building on North Street in Logansport has been newly renovated, keeping its old architecture while adding updated amenities. Beers rotate, so the tap list changes over time.
