Taylor Kininmonth

Taylor Kininmonth is a Compass real estate agent serving Los Gatos and surrounding Silicon Valley communities, including Saratoga, San Jose, Campbell, Santa Clara, and the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose. Her work covers buying and selling homes, relocation, and probate and trust property sales, and more than half of her past transactions have involved probate or trust properties.

For sellers, she handles pricing, property preparation, marketing, offer negotiation and the sale through closing, and she works closely with trustees, personal representatives, attorneys and families on estate sales. Buyers can get help weighing commute routes, walkability, trail and restaurant access, architectural styles and school assignments, which she encourages them to verify directly. Her office is at 750 University Ave in Los Gatos, and she can be reached by phone or text.
