Indigo Soul Yoga

Indigo Soul Yoga teaches in-person and online yoga and Pilates classes across a range of styles, from gentle and restorative sessions to hot power yoga heated to 95 to 99 degrees. Warm flow classes run cooler at 85 to 87 degrees, and the studio offers both infrared heated and unheated rooms. Since 2019 it has also run yoga and wellness retreats.

Private yoga sessions and one-on-one assisted stretching are available, and the studio offers in-studio and virtual life coaching for practitioners and aspiring yoga teachers. Props are used throughout classes to keep students safe and to make practice accessible for different bodies and abilities. Cold-pressed juices, smoothies and kombucha are also on hand. The studio is in the Locust Grove Village Shopping Center with plenty of parking, and it is open Monday through Saturday with pop-up classes on Sunday.
