Half Baked Cookies

Half Baked Cookies is a cookie shop known for flavors that rotate weekly, including Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, Sourdough Chocolate Chunk and Peanut Butter Monster, alongside classics like Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin and Sea Salt Caramel. The menu also includes cakes, cookie packs and trays, a build-your-own bundle, and vegan and gluten-free cookies.

Orders can be placed online for local delivery, nationwide shipping or pre-order pickup at any of its shops. Large or special-request orders need about 72 hours notice. Catering and event trays are also available, and gift cards are sold. The Lockport shop is one of four locations in the area, with others in Williamsville, Orchard Park and Buffalo, and it stays open until 9 pm daily.
