MC Custom Homes

MC Custom Homes is a custom home builder in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, led by president Kris Cozzo, who brings more than 40 years of experience in home building and land development. The builder develops its own communities, including Oak Creek of Lockport, Westwind Estates in Minooka and Whispering Oaks in Channahon, and also builds custom homes on buyers' own lots. Home plans are described as modern floor plans with brick exteriors and concrete driveways in several communities.

The company's office and model home are at 16735 Deerwood Dr in Lockport, and its showroom keeps limited weekday hours, so calling ahead is wise. Buyers can start with a project type and timeline on the contact form or request a tour of the completed homes. The company's communities are described as family friendly, close to schools and parks.
