The Modern Pros

The Modern Pros is a family-owned home improvement contractor that handles roofing, siding, gutters, insulation, painting, asbestos and lead removal, and full remodeling projects. Roofing is the core of the business, with CertainTeed shingle installs, roof repair, leak repair, and storm and hail damage work that includes meeting insurance adjusters on site. Gutters use Ply-Gem seamless aluminum with gutter guards, and insulation is blown-in cellulose.

The company provides free estimates and a written proposal after an on-site inspection, and it handles City of Livonia permits. Financing, military discounts, and senior discounts are available. The office is at Stark Road in Livonia, and the company says it serves across Southeast Michigan, including Westland, Plymouth, Canton, Redford, and Garden City.
