LAD SERVICES

LAD Services is a family-operated roofing contractor that handles full roof replacements, roof repairs, skylight installation and commercial flat roofs. The company describes itself as a smaller, emerging Livonia firm focused on details and growing mostly through referrals.

The company offers a free instant roof quote built from satellite mapping data, and in-person estimates are also available. Financing can be paid in monthly installments or as a single payment. LAD pulls its own permits as a licensed and insured Michigan residential builder, and it is a certified Velux skylight installer. The business serves Metro Detroit from its Livonia office on Deering Street.
