Total Home Technologies

Total Home Technologies designs, installs and supports custom smart home systems, covering lighting, motorized shades, whole-home audio, home theater, networking, security and home automation. The company was founded in 1992 by aerospace engineer Keith Harrison and works with homeowners as well as architects, builders and interior designers. Its work is built around planning lighting, shading, entertainment, networking and control as one integrated system.

The company offers a leasing program called Total Home Access, which lets qualified homeowners keep key systems current with ongoing support. Projects start with a conversation, and the team can arrange a showroom visit at its appointment-only showroom in Roseland. Support is available 24/7, and the company serves homes across northern New Jersey and New York City.
