Rodrigue Molyneaux Winery

Rodrigue Molyneaux Winery makes Italian and Bordeaux-style wines from its own vineyards in the Livermore Valley. Nancy and Garry Rodrigue started the winery in 2004 on land they reclaimed from old dormant vineyards, and it is known for hard-to-find varietals such as Nebbiolo, Teroldego and Fiano. Several of its wines have won gold medals at wine competitions.

Tastings are held in a rustic tasting room and in a secluded California native garden, where tables sit apart in shaded corners. Reservations can be made through the website, and guests are welcome to bring a picnic. The winery is open on weekend afternoons only. Wine club members receive discounts and early word on new releases, and the winery is in Livermore.
