Livermore Butcher Shop

Livermore Butcher Shop sells fresh cuts of certified Angus beef, formula-fed veal, local lamb, American pork, poultry, and game such as bison, elk and venison, along with house-made sausage and sausage made to order. The shop also carries bacon, seafood, barbecue sauces and spices, and a deli counter with sandwiches and gourmet deli meat and cheese.

The deli closes an hour before the store, so sandwich orders are best called in early. Sausage made upon request has a five-pound minimum. The shop also offers knife sharpening for $5 each on butcher, kitchen, hunting and pocket knives, and sells gift cards. It is at 282 South L Street in Livermore.
