Mt Fuji Japanese Restaurant

Mt Fuji has served Japanese food in Little Rock since 1987. The restaurant offers a main menu, a sushi menu and a lunch menu, and the sushi side of the kitchen is run by co-owner and sushi chef Shannon Jackson. Chef and co-owner Aaron Jackson and general manager and co-owner Yusuke Jackson handle the kitchen and floor, with assistant manager Teddy Nguyen on the team.

Lunch is served Tuesday through Saturday, and dinner runs Tuesday through Sunday, with the restaurant closed on Mondays. Last call for food is 15 minutes before closing. Reservations can be made online, which helps on busy weekend evenings. The restaurant is in Little Rock.
