Houk Performance Therapy

Houk Performance Therapy is an integrated physical therapy practice in Little Rock that combines hands-on bodywork with individualized functional exercise. David Houk, a physical therapist with CSCS certification, treats everyday aches as well as orthopedic and sports injuries, and has worked with athletes at the professional, collegiate and high school levels. Common focus areas include neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee pain, balance, and conditions such as fibromyalgia.

The practice is cash pay and does not file insurance, so no physician referral is needed to get started. Physical therapy visits run 45 minutes and personal training sessions 30 minutes, with shorter tune-ups and Epley maneuver visits also offered. Red light therapy is available as part of custom treatment plans. Appointments can be booked online, and the office sits at the bottom of Cantrell Hill near the Heights and Riverdale.
