True Gold Carpet Service

True Gold Carpet Service cleans carpets, rugs, upholstery and draperies. Carpets get hot water extraction, with the water heated to 190F and mixed with a softener to lift dirt and reduce bacteria, then a strong vacuum pulls out most of the moisture so they dry faster. Furniture is moved as needed, and upholstery and drapes are cleaned in place, so the drapes stay hung.

The company is run by a family with two generations of carpet cleaning experience and mostly grows through word of mouth. It uses eco-friendly cleaning supplies and takes emergency calls for fresh stains. Customers can call or send a message through the website. Work covers Little Elm and the Frisco area, and the office is in Little Elm.
