Hearn's Real Estate Inspections is a home inspection firm led by Stephen Hearn, a TREC-licensed inspector with more than 20 years of experience as a quality inspector. Its core work is pre-purchase inspections for buyers, along with pre-listing inspections for sellers, new construction inspections, 11th-month warranty inspections, home maintenance inspections, and pool and spa inspections. Each inspection is a visual review of the structure and systems, covering the roof, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, insulation, and fireplaces, with a focus on which problems are major and which are minor.

Stephen encourages buyers to attend the inspection so he can walk through the house and explain findings in person, though attendance is optional.
