First Choice Pest Control LLC

First Choice Pest Control LLC handles ants, roaches, spiders, wasps, rats, bed bugs and termites, along with wildlife such as squirrels and bats. Its termite work includes inspections, termite reports and real estate termite letters for buyers and sellers, as well as bait station installation and liquid treatment. The crew looks for entry points, nesting areas and moisture problems rather than only treating what is visible.

Service is by appointment for both homes and businesses, and free estimates and free consultations are offered. Veterans get a 5% discount. The work is licensed, and the company is connected with the National Wildlife Control Operators Association and the Georgia Pest Control Association. Based in Lithonia, it serves properties within 25 miles, including Decatur, Snellville, Conyers and Norcross.
